To all Rogues out there!

Allo to all my Rogues out there, i am Bandos your Class Leader.

In the coming few weeks i will whip you into shape as high end or casual raiders, take careful note of this forum for it will be updated weekly with information you will need to know to be successful in raiding.
Most of this information you will already know, but you will be tested, and tested hard on your knowledge to secure a spot in my top 3 Core raiding rogues.

Please note, the following 7 things (While stolen from rogue forums) make up the rules in which you will abide by:
1: Don't die. (Dead Rogue DPS is sort of bad...)
2: Don't do anything that risks wiping the raid. (Makes me look bad)
3: Maximize your time on target. (running away because its about to die is bad, those few seconds could be 3 white damage crits of 1400 each)
4: Don't let your energy cap out. (If your not attacking, what the fuck are you doing?)
5: Don't let SnD drop. (If it drops your doing 30% less damage)
6: Use one of the spreadsheets to figure out your best cycle; this will usually be the highest Rupture uptime cycle that doesn't violate rule 4 or 5.
7: Use your cooldowns. (Why are you fucking saving a 1:30 minute trinket?)
